Andrew is a Montana-raised singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and distinguished educator who plays guitar, banjo, mandolin, and fiddle. He has a degree in music from Dartmouth College, where he studied an eclectic mix of music and techniques, taught himself about American musical traditions, and assisted with teaching classes ranging from guitar to polyphony to world-music. He has years of experiencing teaching private lessons and leading workshops, and has also designed and recorded curriculum for Pickup Music and other online learning platforms.
